Cold Plunge & Sauna
This spa offers a comprehensive thermal and hydrotherapy circuit. The co-ed area provides a dry sauna, a cold plunge pool, a hot tub, and a heated salt pool. The women's section features a steam room, a cold bucket shower, and a cold mist option. An Infrared Light Therapy sauna is available for an extra fee and is noted as a favorite among guests. Spa-goers describe a specific routine of starting with a body scrub and rain showers, moving to the steam room, then using the cold bucket shower and cold mist before experiencing the cold plunge pool, hot tub, and dry sauna. However, during a period of renovation, some guests reported that promised access to the cold plunge and dry sauna was not available, with only a steam room and showers accessible in the main spa area.
Atmosphere
The spa provides a relaxing and beautiful facility where guests feel welcomed. The atmosphere is described as serene, with staff always available to assist. During renovations, the temporary facilities were set up in converted hotel rooms on the sixth floor, which guests found to be basic and makeshift, with empty changing rooms and a small waiting lounge. The permanent waiting lounge features only three massage chairs.
Staff
The staff is consistently noted as super friendly, helpful, and kind. Specific therapists receive high praise, including Nella, Asia, and Laura Stephens (Lala), who are commended for being strong, intuitive, and providing fantastic massages and facials. Staff members ensure guests are comfortable by verifying pressure and focus areas before and during treatments.
Additional Amenities
Beyond the thermal circuit, the spa provides body scrub stations with rain showers, multiple vanities, and showers for rinsing off. Guests are offered wellness juice shots, water, and Hawaiian snacks after treatments. Therabody recovery items are available, though guests are instructed to set them up themselves using provided manuals. Refreshments in the lounge include detox water, tea, dried fruit, and trail mix, with prosecco available upon request.
