About
Cold Plunge & Sauna
Sauna Social Club provides a traditional wood-fired mobile sauna and cold plunge experience. The sauna offers a temperature range of 100-180 degrees Fahrenheit, with guests consistently describing it as very hot, clean, comfortable, and spacious. The interior is beautifully constructed with a pleasant wood aroma and can comfortably seat six or more people. Spa-goers appreciate the included cold plunge, which provides the perfect, cold respite for contrast therapy, allowing them to go back and forth between the two as much as they wanted. The sauna itself is noted for being spotless and beautifully built. It can take a couple of hours to reach peak temperature, but once hot, it is easy to maintain.
Atmosphere
The mobile sauna offers a unique and connective wellness experience, ideal for social group activities, date nights, or solo reflection. Guests describe the social element as great and enjoy the nighttime quiet while sitting inside, looking out the steamy window and listening to the fire crackle. The venue provides a perfect setting for a unique experience, self-care, and detox.
Staff
Owner Paul is consistently highlighted as helpful, super accommodating, kind, and easy to work with. He handles the seamless setup process, provides simple instructions for use, and is available to answer any questions. His friendly and welcoming demeanor is a noted part of the experience.
Additional Amenities
The mobile trailer includes a changing room for hanging towels and robes, along with little baskets for guests to leave cell phones and personal belongings. Other noted features are solar lighting, rugs, wooden chairs, a water ladle for the hot rocks, and a firewood holder.
