Cold Plunge & Sauna

This spa offers a traditional sauna as part of its wellness amenities for guest relaxation and recovery. The sauna facilities provide a space for heat therapy. The primary wellness draws, however, are the aquatic facilities. Guests consistently highlight the clean and well-maintained pools, including both a large outdoor pool in a quiet, secluded area and an indoor pool with a jacuzzi. The pools are noted for being warm, refreshing, and pretty big for a hotel.

Atmosphere

The outdoor pool area is nicely secluded at the rear of the property, which guests find to be a quiet and relaxing change from more exposed locations. The grounds are described as beautiful and well-maintained, contributing to an overall pleasant environment. The hotel itself has undergone renovations within the past two years, with rooms that are tastefully decorated.

Staff

Feedback on staff is mixed. Some guests report welcoming and accommodating receptionists, while others describe encounters with front desk staff that were rude or lacked basic hospitality. A positive note mentions a kind staff member in the laundry area who promptly assisted with towels.

Additional Amenities

The resort provides a complimentary continental breakfast daily from 7 to 10am, included in the room price. It features a variety of options such as two hot items that change daily, a make-your-own waffle station, fresh fruit, breads, bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt, coffee, and juice. Other on-site amenities include BBQ grills, a children's play area, a gazebo, and free WiFi. All rooms contain a fridge and coffee maker.

Location & Expansion

The location on Route 28 is central to Cape Cod, easily accessed and serving as a good base for daily trips. It is close to many restaurants, a short drive to the beach, and about 20 minutes from the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. An ice cream place is located next door to the resort.
