The facility is praised for being very clean, spacious, and featuring great, top-grade equipment across a 1,500-square-foot functional training area, a floating mezzanine for cardio and turf, and four boutique-style group exercise studios. Members appreciate the helpful and friendly staff who often know them by name, and many enjoy the smoothie bar. The gym also provides four Hydromassage chairs and tailored fitness programs through the CF THRIVE program, which offers small class sizes for personalized attention. While the cardio equipment is considered decent, some members feel it could use an upgrade, and classes can be difficult to book without planning well in advance.
