Perspire Sauna Studio offers private suites centered on full-spectrum infrared sauna therapy. Members consistently note the saunas are extremely clean, well-maintained, and effective for heat therapy, especially at temperatures over 140-150 degrees Fahrenheit. Each 40-minute session is self-timed within the private room, and guests appreciate the ability to customize their experience by adjusting the temperature. Some members create their own contrast therapy by opening and closing the sauna door to fluctuate the heat. The studios are equipped for relaxation, with specific rooms like Sauna 1 and Sauna 9 noted as extra spacious for two people, while all rooms are suitable for individuals or couples.
