Guests begin sessions with 5 to 20 minutes on a rebounder, a small trampoline that provides a workout and helps stimulate the lymphatic system. This is followed by the infrared sauna and concludes with time in a healing salt room for cooling down. This combination of rebounding, sauna, and salt room is completed within an hour-long session.
