Cold Plunge & Sauna
This gym offers dedicated sauna and cold plunge facilities that members utilize for post-athletic recovery and relaxation. Guests specifically note using the leg compression, sauna, and cold plunge sequence, with one member stating it resulted in the best their legs have felt after running a marathon. The spa provides private sessions in a custom sauna that combines infrared heat, heated jade and tourmaline crystals, and mineral clay ball saunas, enhanced with chromotherapy and aromatherapy. This is paired with a 10-minute session in a cold plunge for contrast therapy.
Additional Amenities
Beyond the sauna and cold plunge, the center provides a variety of other wellness treatments.
