Sports Village Fitness is a family-owned and operated gym that has served the Lebanon community since 1987. The facility offers a Himalayan salt sauna and a steam room as part of its wellness amenities. The gym provides a huge weight room with top-notch, state-of-the-art equipment and a wide variety of machines and free weights. Members also have access to an indoor saltwater therapy pool, an outdoor pool, an indoor track, and courts for pickleball and basketball. The gym is noted for its clean facilities and a supportive atmosphere fostered by friendly, knowledgeable staff and fantastic trainers. Personal training with experts like Jesse Alduenda and group classes with instructors like Thalia are highlighted for delivering transformative results and motivation. Family-friendly features include a Kids Camp with engaging activities and childcare included with membership for up to 90 minutes, six days a week. A smoothie bar and fun community events throughout the year add to the experience. Some members note concerns regarding maintenance, specifically broken cup holders on stair steppers and loose foot straps on rowing machines, as well as issues with dirty men's shower floors and low water pressure.
