The cold plunge is cooled to 39-45°F and includes a soothing sound bath resonance, used for 3-5 minute intervals as part of contrast therapy. Spa-goers describe the contrast between the heat and cold as exceptionally refreshing and transformative. The guided sessions elevate the experience, with guests noting the communal cold plunge is specifically built to hold about 10 people, making it a shared, rather than individual, experience.
